Forced induction DSG performance software has been designed for vehicles with 2.0TFSI engines to complement our Revo performance engine software, optimising the launch control, shift and torque limiter functions.

Revo DSG transmission performance software allows you to use the full potential of the engine, giving control back to the driver. Hold onto the gear through that sweeping corner without the worry of the transmission shifting up and throwing out the balance of the car, have no worries about using full throttle and having the car jump about whilst shifting down for you… get back in full control with Revo DSG software.

Software Overview – What have we done?
Stage1
Drive and Sport Mode: Up/Downshift maps have been improved for overall driveability and to keep the engine working in its most efficient rpm range. Upshift points have also been raised in both Drive and Sport mode to 7000rpm to help get the best performance from the engine.

Launch Control: enabled for all models with 3200rpm launch

Launch Control Shift Point: Upshift points in launch control mode have been raised to 7000rpm helping optimise the full potential of the engine
Manual Mode: Automatic Up/Downshift in manual mode has been fully disabled allowing the driver to Up/Downshift as and when they please, giving more control to the driver and allowing the full potential of engine to be explored.

Manual Mode Kickdown: Fully disabled giving more control over the car.
Gear Shift Indicator: Where applicable the in gear display is turned on.
Shift speed: Shifts have been fine tuned to offer a quicker and more precise shift further engaging the driver with the vehicle and overall experience.
Torque Limiters: The torque limit built into the factory software has been increased to 500Nm. NOTE: these limits are not hardware limits, but built in software limits from the factory. As with all our software, our DSG software operates within the safety tolerances set by the factory.

Stage2 DSG software has all the same features as Stage1 but further enhanced to help fully utilise the extra performance from the ECU software and hardware.

Sport Mode: As per Stage1 but Up/Downshift maps have been fine tuned to help maintain peak engine performance. Upshift peak limit raised to 7150rpm and the Downshift points lowered to keeps the engine in the best range for extracting the maximum from the engine for a more aggressive sportier experience.
Launch Control: enabled for all models with 3200rpm launch

2.0TSI KKK04 – Audi A3, S3 ja VW Golf GTI MK6 ja R
Stage1
