Your Revo software has adjustable Boost, Fuelling and Timing. Using as SPS your software is switchable between ‘Stock’ and three adjustable performance modes, it can also be configured to a Valet mode and has an Anti-Theft setting
Perf. Modes can be set to customer preferences e.g: Low octane specific, high octane specific, low boost/high boost, or valet mode. Speak to your dealer for further details.
Setting #1 on your SPS sets your vehicle to stock
Setting #2 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode A (Boost, Fuelling and Timing settings can be configured by your Revo dealer to suit your requirements)
Setting #3 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode B (Boost, Fuelling and Timing settings can be configured by your Revo dealer to suit your requirements)

Stage 1 software is a must have for any 2.0TFSI. With power and torque increases throughout the entire rev range and very smooth power delivery, Revo Software gives the 2.0TFSI engine the performance it should have had when originally released.
Driving a Stage 1 2.0TFSI really puts into perspective how much potential the standard car has, the Revo’d car revs with much greater urgency, using full throttle there’s a push in the back from the new found torque. Power delivery is smooth and progressive; this car eats the road up in a way you wouldn’t expect yet is just as comfortable popping to the shops and driving around town. Performance increases are significant, but drivability isn’t lost.

Stage 2 Performance Software has been specifically developed to attain the best possible performance from the 2.0TFSI with a bolt on performance exhaust and quality cold air intake. Stage 2 allows you to run a sports cat or de-cat without the CEL (Check Engine Light) being triggered by a ‘CAT Efficiency’ error code. Stage 2 software is boost, fuelling and timing adjustable with slightly more flexibility than Stage 1 allowing the vehicle to be setup to suit the fuel quality, driving conditions and driver preferences. 2.0TFSI Stage 2 software is specifically tuned to suit the limitations of the standard high pressure fuel pump.

Stage 2+ Performance Software has been specifically developed to attain the best possible performance from the 2.0TFSI with the bolt on performance modifications as per Stage 2, however is specific to cars with up-rated high pressure fuel pumps. Power increases depend very much on the hardware, settings and fuel being used. The up-rated fuel pump allows much more power throughout the rev range but specifically in the midrange where the stock pump is insufficient. Stage 2+ software is boost, fuelling and timing adjustable allowing the vehicle to be setup to suit the fuel quality, driving conditions and driver preferences.

The 2.0L TFSi engine is available throughout the majority of the VAG model range in several configurations. Whilst the hardware typically remains the same the factory power outputs differ between marques and models.

The factory vehicles with the standard K04 turbo are able to easily see over 300bhp at the flywheel with the appropriate Revo Stage1 performance software. This goes up even more with Revo Stage2 or Stage2+. Revo Stage3 K04 software is based on the highly successful Revo Stage2+ software for the 2.0L TFSi K04 engines, recalibrated for the 2.0L TFSi K03 engines with equivalent hardware specification as Stage2+ for the K04 engine.

Therefore by using the factory K04 turbo and matching injectors from the higher spec engine, along with a few other standard bolt-on modifications, Revo Stage3 K04 performance software on the regular K03 based 2.0L TFSi engine is a very good way to upgrade your engine to well over 300bhp.

Stage 3 software has been designed to complement the K04 Stage3 hardware specification for transverse engine’d Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Volkswagen 2.0TFSI vehicles.With the larger turbo-charger and supporting Stage3 software the 2.0TFSI engine is given an entirely new lease of life, with increases throughout the rev-range making for not just a powerful car but a true all-round performance car. Whether you have a 2.0TFSI Gti, LeonFR, or Audi TT a Revo Stage3 package will give you an incredibly capable and rewarding vehicle to drive.

Power output is very much dependant on the quality of hardware used. Quoted power figures will only be made if the full hardware specification is used along with quality fuel. Rolling roads can vastly differ from one another and should only be used as an indication. In testing conditions our UKcars running 98RON fuel saw over 350bhp(261kW) with 340ftlb (461NM).

Stage 4 performance software has been developed to suit our recommended hardware upgrade package. Extensive testing and experience with the 2.0TFSI engine showed that the GT series 3071R turbo is the perfect solution for a turbo upgrade, Revo software allowing the turbo to spool as quick as some of the lower spec. turbo’s sometimes used for this engine and giving huge improvements throughout the mid and top end. Tuning is adjustable and can be tailored to suit your needs. Stage 4 software is designed to be run with all of the bolt on hardware listed in the requirements and can be setup to work with a completely standard engine. For this software to run efficiently and reliably, a strict hardware build list must be adhered to. Furthermore, our SPS is highly recommended to guarantee optimal performance gains.

Stage 5 2.0TFSI Performance Software is designed for those customers that want the ultimate from their 2.0TFSI. Whilst Stage4 software is designed to be run with all the bolt on hardware, Stage 5 is the next progression and has been developed to maximise the potential of cars running fully built engines with uprated valve-train. Stage 5 software is a full ‘Race’ map, giving performance levels that could embarrass most supercars. With an 8000rpm rev limit, a very wide range of adjustment Stage 5 software has a lot of flexibility allowing your car to be setup to suit your requirements accounting for race fuel and water meth if you choose to. It is also fully compatible with external boost controllers for those that really want to push things to the next level. Power/Torque output depends very much on the setup and specific hardware used.
