Typical issues with the 2.7BiTurbo engine are:
Split/Failed Diverter Valves
Coolant temperature sensor failure
Throttle body boot splitting
Y pipe splits/leaks (on vehicles with plastic Y Pipe)
Cam Cover gasket seal leaking
EGT sensor failure
Lambda probe sensor failure
excessively 'aged' Spark plugs (due to the location of the coil packs/plugs they are sometimes 'missed' when serviced)
NOTE: this is not a full comprehensive list just an overview, do not be put off by the above information most vehicles can and do suffer from vehicle issues.

SPS:llä:
Revo software has adjustable Boost and Timing. Using as SPS your software is switchable between ‘Stock’ and three adjustable performance modes, it can also be configured to a Valet mode and has an Anti-Theft setting
Perf. Modes can be set to customer preferences e.g: Low octane specific, high octane specific, low boost/high boost, or valet mode. Speak to your dealer for further details.
SPS Settings:
Setting #1 on your SPS sets your vehicle to stock
Setting #2 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode A (Boost and Timing settings can be configured by your Revo dealer to suit your requirements)
Setting #3 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode B (Boost and Timing settings can be configured by your Revo dealer to suit your requirements)
Setting #4 on your SPS sets your vehicle to Revo Performance mode C (Boost and Timing settings can be configured by your Revo dealer to suit your requirements)
Setting #5 on your SPS turns ON Anti-Theft mode
Setting #6 on your SPS turns OFF Anti-Theft mode
NOTE: Any adjustments need to be monitored to make sure your vehicle is running correctly

Stage 1 software details for your AUDI, S4, 2.7 V6 Bi-Turbo K03 (265 bhp)
The B5 S4 is a great all round car but lacks performance in standard form, however the 2.7T engine has huge tuning potential. Revo Stage1 software gives great increases in power and torque throughout the rev range making any vehicle with the 2.7T engine much more capable and fun to drive, and they sound great! Revo stage1 software is designed to maximise the potential of the engine whilst working safely within standard hardware limitations, our software is tuned for drivability giving you the most useable power/torque throughout the rev-range. Rather than chasing peak dyno figures we tune to give you fantastic power delivery and a spread of torque throughout the rev range. This software will be setup by your Revo Dealer to suit the fuel quality and conditions your car is being used in. Revo Stage1 software goes through extensive testing and development on our own vehicles to give great increases in power and torque throughout the rev range making the most of this fantastic power plant.

- Turbo Back Exhaust with Sports or De-cat
- High Flow Intake System with correct MAF scaling
- Uprated SMIC’s or FMIC Intercooler

Stage 2 software details for your AUDI, S4, 2.7 V6 Bi-Turbo K03 (265 bhp)

The B5 S4 is a great all round car with huge tuning potential with software combined with choice hardware modifications. Stage2 software for the 2.7T is designed to make the most of additional airflow and cooling modifications. Whilst stage2 can be setup to suit just an uprated exhaust with sports or de-cat you will not see the full benefit of the engine/software without using the full hardware list and running an uprated intake and side mounted or Front Mount Intercooler. There are many other hardware modifications that can be done to maximise the potential of the engine such as uprated boost pipes.
